Jefa-Owned
PepsiCo successfully launched of Jefa-Owned, a national visibility campaign powered by the Juntos Crecemos platform, to encourage more Latina-owned, food and beverage small businesses to apply for personalized business-building support services.
Latinas represent 40% of all Latino-owned businesses (men and women), with 41% of Latina business owners reporting "large negative impacts" as a result of the pandemic. Furthermore, twice as many Latina-led companies experience closure compared to Latino-led businesses.

I felt an overwhelming sense of pride and joy while contributing to this campaign, as the empowerment of Latina-owned small businesses holds a special place in my heart. It was more than just a project; it was an opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful. Within the heart of this endeavor, I carefully crafted social media post copies for both PepsiCo Juntos Crecemos' Instagram and Facebook platforms.
I wrote video scripts for our partnered influencers that aimed to captivate and share the essence and importance of the program with a wide and diverse audience. In addition, I embarked on a heartfelt endeavor to create Instagram captions that not only resonated with the audience but also perfectly captured the spirit of the wonderful influencers who were our partners in this noble mission.
One of the most memorable moments of this campaign was the joyous bell-ringing ceremony that resonated within the iconic Nasdaq market site. This ceremony, a symbol of the triumph of Latina entrepreneurs, became a focal point in our storytelling. And as if that wasn't heartwarming enough, my journey led me to collaborate closely with the remarkable Latina-owned brand, Hija De Tu Madre.
In the end, my involvement in this campaign was an experience filled with warmth and dedication. The fusion of words, narratives, and partnerships resulted in a tapestry that beautifully depicted empowerment, education, and community.
